The location was favorable for first-time visitors to Irving. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was very attentive during my stay.

Great hotel, good sized rooms, bravo!
everything was perfectly fine, friendly service, ideal location short walk to airport and trains as well as trains. comfortable beds and a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area. fairly clean bathroom with a bath; professional and responsive staff.

Conveniently located near car rental services! Affordable prices without any complaints. Not too far from the airport, Dallas, and even some delicious peanut butter bars 🥜.

Traveling with my kid was a breeze at this place. The staff was really on top of things and super helpful at all times. I was so comfy here, didn't even want to leave. Definitely planning on coming back! 🌟

Overall experience in this hotel is bad. Room smells, requested to move to other room, personnel said that they will look in to it. No action or follow up. Beddings is terrible. Overall experience is dissatisfied & would not recommend this place. Front desk Karen needs to enhance customer skills.
